The village of Podhradí nad Dyjí stretches west of Vranov nad Dyjí on the Moravian-Lower Austrian border and on the right bank of the picturesque valley of the Dyje River at the mouth of the Křeslický potok, which flows through the village. On the left bank, the village is bordered by the cliffs of the Podhradská skály protected area. In the south, the ruins of Frejštejna castle rise above the village.
You can swim at the raft near the bridge or at the raft at the end of the village.
